Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dirndl Grace. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item to us for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Please see below for full details on our policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that we do not accept returns for orders where multiple sizes of the same item were purchased with the intention of testing fit.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Partial refunds may apply in certain cases, at our discretion.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / REFUND

Please note:

  • No size exchange on free promotional items (e.g. free shirt, free socks).
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to our standard return process rather than a straightforward cancellation.
  • We cannot issue a refund for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
  • If an error occurs on the carrier's end, we'll do everything we can to support you in resolving it, but we cannot be held liable for any resulting loss.
  • We offer a 14-day right of return for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. As we dispatch orders within 24 hours, cancellations must be made within that window to qualify for our standard return and refund process.
  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your delivery country outside the UK, and are payable by the customer upon receipt.
  • The amount of any duty or tax owed depends on the import regulations of your country.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days of us receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g. card, PayPal).
  • Exchanges are available in certain cases — we also offer store credit and discount codes if you'd prefer to shop for something different.

Please note a 20% transaction fee applies to all refunds, regardless of the reason for return.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure:

  • Items are unused and undamaged.
  • Items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The customer covers return shipping and handling costs.
